Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99, 3 to 5 business days after processing
• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $50 or more
• Expedited Shipping: $10.99 on all orders, 1 to 3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, holidays, and weather.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no unnecessary product descriptions visible externally.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct before checkout. Boo-Beez is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses entered during purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
