Return & Refund Policy

At Boo-Beez, every order is prepared with care and packaged for personal self-care use. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we ask customers to review the following policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must remain unopened and unused
  • Product must remain in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened, used, or damaged cosmetic products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3 to 7 business days for processing
  • Additional bank processing time depending on your provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging and product
  • Description of issue

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
